Convection oven with steam function is a solution for small catering outlets that do not require full functionality of the combi steamer. A device of limited capacity, however, fully utilizing the function of convection, which allows to shorten the time of the thermal process while maintaining low energy consumption. Additional humidifying function in the chamber allows to extend the possibilities of the furnace with additional processing processes.
